OIM 11g R2 PS3!!!

OIM 11g R2 PS3 is a good initiative by Oracle to change its UI for making it more user friendly.

What makes me its fan as an end user?

-A nice-widgeted UI
-Well guided roles and requests process.

What disappoints me?
- Its really slow.

Well i can understand its due to introduction of nice UI.

What features are newly introduced?

• home organization policy
• workflow policies
• shift of password policy from system admin console to identity self service console.
• self service capabilities
